Creme Brulee Cake

It might be that I have cake on the brain after playing Clue Jr tonight, but this looks like something I can't live another second without trying:

You can get the recipe for Creme Brulee Cake HERE at Bakers Banter.  I am trying to figure out how to make them heart shaped.  Maybe I will just make a chocolate heart for the top.  Or even easier, BUY a chocolate heart shaped candy.

I love your site. So much fun stuff! Why not try making this recipe using heart shaped baking pans? Easy enough is to use the chocolate shaped candies, I'm completely with you on that. Could even drizzle with some type of raspberry puree on the plate.

Make one cake round and the other square. Cut the round one in half and place half circles on two adjoining sides of the square. Voila! A heart shaped cake.

Yum! Can't wait to try this one.

Love this! Thanks for posting...

Every since I first watched "My Best Friends Wedding" the following has been a favorite quote:
"Crème brûlée can never be Jell-O. YOU could never be Jell-O.
I HAVE to be Jell-O!
You're never gonna be Jell-O!"

I'd love a creme brulee recipe that I could make at home. I am going to try this one out at home...
