Leaf Garland

I found this at Today's Creative Blog and this time it isn't made out of felt:

Sarah from Clover Lane has a tutorial on her blog to show you how to wax leaves. And she used those waxed leaves to make this gorgeous garland with real leaves. This one will definitely have to wait for Texas because I don't think I could find leaves like that here EVER!

But if you are lucky enough to have leaves like that at your disposal, check out her tutorial HERE.

How cool is that?

I grew up in Central/East Texas (I miss it!), and I didn't see too many beautiful leaves like that -- just FYI. There'll be lots of oak leaves, pine needles.. although if you can get yourself a tallow tree, they do put out some nice colors. :-)
