And I hope that one day I will have nice enough flooring to warrant being one of those people that asks you to take your shoes off when you come inside! At least my own family.

I read that unless your shoes are muddy, you soil your carpets more by taking them off, unless you put on slippers. This is because of the oil in our feet. (Guess they haven't seen my dry Utah feet!)
Just a thought.
What a cool shoe rack.. I need to do something with all the shoes in my house.. I'm always tripping over those stupid shoes(hehe)...
