When I viewed an old rusty filing cabinet in a thrift, I thought the very same, except the file cabinet was upright. The bottom drawer extended all the way, middle half way, top just abit. I was tempted to haul it home and do just that! But then I'd have to get more (gasp) flowers. Maybe next year.

Love it! I have two half filing cabinets at home that I might just have to empty out and spruce up. The planters I have been looking at are so expensive! Thanks for the idea!
