Watermelon Lemonade

(Recipe from Southern Living)

  • You will need:
  • 15 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • Ice

  • What you do:
  • Process watermelon (cube it and put it in the food processor or blender) until smooth.
  • Strain and mix with thawed lemonade concentrate.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with a wedge of watermelon.

Water and lemonade...two of my fav summer time things! And we have mint growing out of our ying-yang. As soon as our watermelons mature, I'm making this!
