(Recipe from Southern Living)
- You will need:
- 15 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
- 2 (12-ounce) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 2 mint sprigs
- Ice
- What you do:
- Process watermelon (cube it and put it in the food processor or blender) until smooth.
- Strain and mix with thawed lemonade concentrate.
- Serve over ice, garnished with a wedge of watermelon.

I could have used a gallon of that every day this week! It's been humid and that looks sooooo refreshing!
Water and lemonade...two of my fav summer time things! And we have mint growing out of our ying-yang. As soon as our watermelons mature, I'm making this!
