Melon Popsicles Take 2
So after thinking more about the melon popsicles from yesterday, I started searching for triangle popsicle molds. I didn't find any, but I did find Kristina Castella. She has a book and a website all about icy pops!
And I thought this was a pretty cute way to serve your melon pops...in a melon! She also had this recipe for making melon pops that are actually made out of melons. So now you can have a melon pop that LOOKS like a melon AND tastes like a melon!
Yummo! I like the shape of those popsicles. At least I know what's in them as opposed to those artificial flavored ones in the grocer. maybe I should make your blog my hone page :).
