that their Grandpa Great made them. This one is actually from the Pottery Barn, but ours is identical. But I am too lazy to take pictures. Actually ours is better because it has their names on the side in little wood letters.So I think the picket fence beds would look so cute on either side of the house.

I am thinking this might be a project for me this summer. We don't have the tools at our house, but I have no doubt my Dad has everything I would need. I just might do it!Now I just have to talk myself into taking Toots out of her crib so that she could sleep in her big girl bed.

My mom and Grandpa made beds like that a few years ago - I think they were able to do the whole thing for like $50 bucks or something. Come to think of it, it was more than 10 years ago, so I don't think you'll be able to do it that cheap anymore. Good luck though!

I've been considering picket fence head boards forever, but now that the girls are sharing a room the quilts dont really go iwth that. I really wanted to do a garden theme in Lyd's room with cricut vinyl flowers on the wall and such.

I love the picket fence headboards..That's what I plan to do with the bed in my spare room...I seems so easy to do and I want need my hubbies help either... I just love all the fun things you post..Always such great ideas.
