Going Green Popcorn

I don't know what I love more about this post from Jaime at Caddywupus. These St. Patrick's Day goodies:

Or the site that the recipe came from, Bright Ideas. A site full of yummy recipes like this:

and cute ideas like these:

I am IN LOVE! Thank you Jaime! I love this site!!

You can get the recipe for the popcorn balls here, or you can do what I am going to do and pop some popcorn (either 1 bag of microwave popcorn or 1/2 cup of popcorn in the air popper), then melt two squares of vanilla almond bark in the microwave:

Pour it over the popcorn (after you take any stray kernels out!) and stir! Toss in the green M&Ms and lay it out on wax paper too cool! Break it up and enjoy!

That is so brilliant. My sons birthday is on St. Patrick's day. He has never been a cake eater. So this might just work. Thanks.
