DIY Tray from Real Simple
Mothers day is all about breakfast in bed. If you need a tray to serve it on (or to be served on) check out this gorgeous tray made from a frame over at Real Simple. I am pretty sure you could find a great frame at Goodwill to use.
This tray from Design Sponge, also made from a frame, is cute and a little more functional:

You could even put pictures of your kiddos inside!

They are beautiful!
Great idea!
That is such a good idea! I need a tray in my living room - I think I have to do this!
I love that top one - in fact, I have a couple of frames I could do that with!! Thought you might like this: Fruit topiaries - perfect for parties and baby/bridal showers!.
I think there are so many pretty things that could be put under the glass of those trays - hankies, old photos, vintage postcards, etc.
I love those! I have some frames that I've been thinking of trying this with. Maybe next Tuesday for Trash to Treasure!
Those are both beautiful! I love the idea of adding the handles to make it more user friendly.
