Patriotic Punch
I found this picture on Family Fun. I can't find the recipe now, but I think it was just Sprite or 7Up an the ice is made from red and blue Powerade. Which is pretty easy and fun. But you could also do grenadine ice cubes in all sorts of drinks.

Blue Italian ice with 7 up works well also! It comes out an awesome blue color!
