One last Inauguration Day treat from Family Fun,. These edible eagles are kind of cute!! The directions are no longer available online, but the bottom is a chocolate covered Oreo and the top is a marshmallow, dipped in white chocolate and covered in coconut. Add the cashew for the nose and a chocolate chip for the eye and you've got yourself an edible eagle!

I don't love coconut, so I won't be eating them. But I will eat the beak and the chocolate covered oreo!! :D
