Peppermint Punch

I found this recipe on Sandy Toes blog. It sounded so good that I had to share it! I want to run out and buy peppermint ice cream and eggnog RIGHT NOW! But I will try to be good and wait for an actual gathering of people so that I don't drink it all myself!

1 gallon of peppermint ice cream
1 bottle of sprite
1/2 cup of cream
1 quart eggnog
1 liter bottle club soda, chilled

She has a great feature on her blog called Stir and Season Saturdays. Make sure to check it out!

GM, I noticed you came to visit me and I wasn't there, so I wanted to come and meet you. Sure glad I did too, that peppermint drink looks so yummy. I will put that in my recipe folder for sure. Stop by when you get a chance, I'd like to get to know you more.

Hugs,
Chris

I don't usally like eggnog, but that looks good enough to drink so I am going to try it!

I am actually making something very similar for today's cookie exchange, which I made last year. People LOVED it.

Peppermint ice cream
eggnog
Ginger Ale

You can't even taste the eggnog. It just makes it creamy. It tastes like a really rich, peppermint shake. I had people calling for the recipe afterwards.
