Aren't these cute! And they are easy!! You bake and frost cupcakes like normal (just a little frosting) and then you make marshmallow fondant, Keep most of it white, make some of it red (just knead in some red food coloring) and roll it all out. Use a round cookie cutter the size of the cupcake to cut out a white circle. Then roll the red fondant out and cut it into strips! Make the strips into a bow! Voila!!
And if it is a gingerbread with cream cheese frosting it is perfect!
