Monogram Wreaths

I have been trying to hold off on the Christmas stuff. Trying to be good and think Thanksgiving. And I will continue to post Fall and Thanksgiving ideas, but there is just over 6 weeks before Christmas and I have WAY too much stuff I want to post for just 30 days! So I can't wait until Thanksgiving is over! But I promise it is not forgotten. It is really Kimba's fault that I am giving in. She posted about Monogram Wreaths on her blog. Wreaths like this one:

And once I saw them, I started LOOKING for them. And then they were everywhere!

This one is from Thrifty Decor Chick:

She has a great tutorial on her site on how to make these. I don't know if her exact method will work for the letter A that I need, but I am going to see if I can tweak it to make it work. Because my husband told me he is tired of seeing all of these cute idea on my blog and not in my house!

This one is Paula's:

She made hers last year! So ahead of the trend!

This one is from Ballard Designs:

You can buy them from their site from $35-$45. If you have to have it and don't have time to craft it.

Oh wow! Those are so cute! And you could paint them metallic and then they'd be almost modernish.

I usually got to Lowe's and ask for scraps to make a wreath...but this would be much easier, and less time consuming!!

F might be harder...like your A.

Here's a thought: add a fall ribbon and there they are for Thanksgiving. Just change it out for Christmas.
