Applique Genius

I am sort of in blog love with Kacey. She made the CUTEST applique shirt and posted a tutorial on her blog.

I am thinking of CUTE black shirts with an applique witches hat, applique turkey (the feathers all being a different material!). Hearts for Valentine's Day, Eggs for Easter! I could go on and on!!

What would YOU make?

You totally crack me up. I love your blog too. Its like a fab treat all througout the day with all of your fabulous posts and finds. Thanks for putting the word "Genius" near my name I'm going to get a lot of mileage out of that one with my honey. Ha! Ha!

Your idea for the turkey feathers...oh to die for! If I find any real patterns I'll let you know. If I freehand some more (which I am sure you can do on your own) I'll let you know that too.

I'm off to get everyone settled in for bed then kick back, watch my Project Rubway finale and catch up on my blogging! :o)

Love, love, love this simple look. For awhile now, applique has been #1 on my "When I have more time..." list.

fabulous! I want to do this with some of the Frog Princess' stained shirts to hide the stains...I think I read it in a Martha Stewart years ago. Love your blog, I'm adding you to my favorites blogroll!!
