Candy Corn Pudding [Fall Dessert]

Years ago, I shared a fun Halloween dessert with you that my sister in law made, candy corn pudding cups! I wanted to share it with you again because this treat is still one of our favorites, seven years later!!

It is easy to make, you just layer butterscotch pudding, banana pudding, and whipped cream. The combo may sound odd, but I promise you will love it!

What You Need:

Instant butterscotch pudding
Instant banana cream pudding
Milk
Heavy whipping cream
Sugar
Vanilla extract
Plastic cups
Candy corns

What You Do:

For the bottom layer, mix and follow the directions for the butterscotch pudding and pour immediately into your cups.

It should set up within 5 minutes, this gives you just enough time to make the banana pudding.  Once the first layer is set, pour the banana mix over it.

Now mix your whipping cream.  Start with 1 cup cream, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. You can adjust the sugar and vanilla to taste.  Layer it on top of the pudding.

Garnish with Candy Corns (a great job for kids to help with!)  and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

A big Thank You to my sister-in-law, Erin, for letting me share her treat and pictures!  And for introducing me to this yummy combo!
