Salt Dough Easter Egg Garlands from Desperate Craftwives
The salt dough ornaments that hang on our Christmas tree are some of my all time favorite ornaments. We even have some from when I was a child. They are such a great activity for kids and they make wonderful keepsakes, so why not use them for Easter too. This beautiful Easter egg garland is created with decorated salt dough ornaments. And the best part is that it is fun for all ages. Mom can make a garland for the mantel and the kids can make one to hang over the table for Easter brunch.
If you don't want to make enough for a garland, you can use them as place cards, decorating them with your guests names, and tying them around their napkins. Then everyone can take them home as a party favor.
You can see the tutorial for these salt dough Easter eggs over at Deperate Craftwives.
