Lattice Pie Bars from Sprinkles Bakes

I love pie, but half of the filling always seems to be left uneaten.  I like my pie with a large ration of crust to filling.  And whipped cream.  My grandpa always liked to say, why don't you have a little pie with your whipped cream.  Wich is why I am pretty sure that these lattice pie bars might be the best dessert ever invented.  A lot of crust, a little filling.  Now I just need some whipped cream.
