Holiday Table Runner

It may be too late to use this cute Shamrock table runner from Stacey of Icing on the Cake, but it isn't too late to make it:

Because the shamrock and ribbon are actually just secured with velcro, and as soon as the day is over, she will switch it out to look like this:
