Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake from Inside Bru Crew Life
Today is my husband's birthday (and my Dad's...Happy Birthday Dad!!) My husband has the same birthday cake every year. It actually isn't even a cake. It is an Oreo crust, then mint chocolate chip ice cream, then a topping made of cool whip and chocolate syrup mixed together. It has been his birthday cake since he was a kid. (I am going to attempt to make it with real whipped cream this year if I can. Wish me luck!)
But if it were my birthday I would be trying this salted caramel chocolate cake. I am pretty much in love with all things salted caramel and chocolate. I think it has replaced peanut butter and chocolate as the best chocolate combination in my book. These things are important to keep track of you know.
