DIY Fringed Napkin Pockets from Sarah Hearts
These colorful, piñata like napkins would be a great table setting for Cinco de Mayo, but witht he right color combinations they would look for for any party. Fourth of July is right around the corner and I can see these fringed napkin pockets looking super cute in red, white, and blue.
