Balloon Garlands from Martha Stewart
I was never a big fan of using balloons to decorate for parties unless they were filled with hellium. That changed four years ago when I fell in love with this image of a balloon garland from Tiara Mia on Oh Joy:
And although I do not have plans for a carnival birthday party in my future, the fun carnival balloon garland that they made with water balloons over on Martha would be pretty fun for just about any celebration.
