Balloons and crepe paper streamers have to be my favorite party decorations.  They are inexpensive and bring a lot of color.  I love finding unique ways to decorate with balloons, especially ones that don't involve helium.  This fun balloon curtain would make a great backdrop, but it is also a fun alternative to filling the birthday girls room with balloons.  When she walks out the door, she will have to walk through a curtain of balloons.  A great way to start off her special day.
