Lucky Penny Dress Tutorial from Sewing In No Mans Land
This gorgeous dress was created by Kelly from Sewing In No Mans Land. She created this ruffled dress tutorial in green for a St. Patrick's Day tutorial, but switch out the shades of green for some pastels and it would be an amazing easter dress.
