If you are planning some fun festivities to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday, check out these easy Dr. Seuss treats that Susan put together.  The first, and simplest, are the cute green eggs made from candy dipped cookies and candy.  The cute and a little more elaborate Cat in the Hat hats are made from Rice Kirspie treats and marshmallows.  Both will be loved by any kid.
