Deviled Egg Eyeballs from Serious Eats
It is with much shame that I admit I haven't posted nearly enough eyeball treats for Halloween for Halloween this year. I guess you could count the Halloween spaghetti and the Halloween Caprese Salad, but neither of them are really creepy. The only one that comes close are the creepy eyeball truffles from Confession of a Cookbook queen.
So for fear that I am losing my love for creepy eyeball themed Halloween food, I bring you deviled egg eyeballs from Serious Eats.
Still not quite as creepy as eyeball punch, but they will have to do.
