If you aren't into a fancy Easter desserts or if you are just looking for something fun for the kids table, here are some fun Easter cupcake ideas that are easy to throw together.

These little lambs from Cookies and Cups are a treat all in themselves.  They are made with donuts, cookies, frosting, marshmallows and chocolate chips.  Your guests might not even make it to the cupcake.

These fluffy lambs from the Food Network are made almost completely of marshmallows, with a few jelly beans thrown in for good measure.

Marshmallows are the fluff (or should I say fleece) of choice for Martha's lamb cupcakes too.

Parents Magazine threw in a mini cupcake and some Tootsie Rolls.
