These peppermint icicles are a complicated candy recipe, but if you are up for pulling candy it would be a fun one to try:
I haven't gotten over my fear of melted sugar (culinary napalm as coined by Alton Brown) so I am going to stick with something like decorating fudge with peppermint candies:
But I might have to get over the melted sugar thing because these peppermint twigs would make some pretty cool hot cocoa stirrers:

Have you seen/tried the 'limited edition' Peppermint Oreos? I would be so happy to get some of those with a bow on top! They are GREAT!!
Our Best Bites showed a yummy looking apple cider caramel (i think that's what they called it). It looks so yummy, as do those peppermint twigs! I want to try the marshmallows too!
