I am not stranger to cupcakes in a jar, but if you are making cupcakes in large quantity, like Ash did for a bake sale, they can get a little pricey. So I love how she modified the idea and used these plastic cups:
Obviously you can't bake them in the plastic cup, but they do make for a beautiful presentation.
She used the recipe for peppermint fudge cupcakes from Our Best Bite:
And you can check out her cute cup wrapping idea over at Stuff By Ash.

I just love this idea so much that I had to feature your blog and hers on mine today! I really enjoy all the wonderful posts that you do each day....
This is one of my absolute favorite ways to package cupcakes. My daughter had a cupcake themed birthday party earlier this year and I packaged a few this way fully decorated for the adults. I kept a few cups near a cupcake decorating station. Each kid decorated 2 cupcakes, one to eat at the party & the other I packaged up & it made an easy way for the parents to transport home.
