I was expecting to write a post about using them for Christmas decorations, but after getting hungry looking at all the great recipes I found, I figured I would share some of them with you.
P is for Party has a recipe for cranberry poppers:
This cranberry salsa from Your Homebased Mom is going to make an appearance at our house before the holiday season is over:
if you didn't get enough pumpkin during Thanksgiving you might want to dress it up for the holidays with this cranberry pecan pumpkin tart from Good Life Eats:
or if you are looking for something simpler you can try her popcorn trail mix (that has dried cranberries in it):
What is your favorite cranberry recipe?

Yum! That salsa looks fabulous. As far as favorites go... I'm a sucker for classic cranberry orange bread, and I just discovered a recipe for cranberry upside down coffee cake that's totally delish. http://takethesidestreet.blogspot.com/2010/12/make-this-cranberry-upside-down-coffee.html
I use Smitten Kitchen's blueberry bar recipe but replace the blueberries with cranberries. SO very good.
This is my favorite every holiday season: http://itsthelittlethingsthatmakeahouseahome.blogspot.com/2009/12/cranberry-orange-bread.html
I love cranberries and can't wait to try the recipes that you posted! Thanks for sharing! :)

Haha! You're awesome. Thanks for the feature. :)
Sadly I don't bake enough to collect recipes, however I love buying an orange cranberry loaf that Costco sells each Christmas. Delish!!

Cranberry salsa is my FAVORITE! have already made it twice this season for different events!
I clicked on the Funky Junk IN. link and it took me to the gift tags from the previous post ;) would love to see her tutorial.
Pioneer Woman has a fabulous recipe called Nantucket Cranberry Pie. It is super easy and way too yummy. I've made it 3 times since Thanksgiving and I'm not telling how much of each batch I ate myself.
I've made 14 loaves of cranberry bread over the past week for my neighbors', kids' teachers, home teachers, visiting teachers, etc. It's SO good! I love cranberry. :)
I love cranberries so much! Those recipes held me drooling really. I've tasted that Cranberry Pecan Pumpkin Tart recently baked by my Grandma and oh boy I dig like theres no tomorrow.LOL. Enjoy the season!

I make the same thing as the "cranberry poppers" but I use fine granulated sugar instead of the powdered and they look like iced cranberries. I also leave mine soak closer to 12 or more hours. They are great, are kind of healthy and 3 of my 4 kids like them.
