Kind of the perfect goody bag if you are having a birthday party on Halloween. Or any Halloween party. Sew Many Ways has a tutorial on her blog. She made it with a machine called an Accuquilt, but I am pretty sure you could cut it out by hand too!
But after looking at them for a while, I got a different idea. I am pretty sure that there is a candy corn pennant banner in my future!
