Which I guess is no surprise, since the name of the blog is Dollar Store Crafts. She made it from beaded necklaces and a wire hanging basket (for plants). It makes for a fun outside decoration. I think it would be cool if there was still a way to use it for plants!

Thanks for posting about my chandelier! You could either leave the top beading off altogether and insert a plant, or leave the top beading partially open. Interesting idea!
