Lemon and Buttermilk Sherbert with Rhubarb

I don't know if this Lemon and Buttermilk Sherbert from Cannelle et Vanille  tastes good, but with a picture this gorgeous you would think that it HAS too:

You can get the recipe HERE.  As soon as the weather warms up an ice cream maker is going right to the top of my must purchase list.

Aran takes such gorgeous photos! But, both of these look delicious! I'm actually posting a recipe on my blog tomorrow for a sherbert recipe that doesn't require an ice cream maker. How coincidental. :) An ice cream maker has been on my list of "wants" for such a long time. Sigh. Some day. :)
