It is actually green rice and you can head over to Make and Takes and get some tips on making some. I think this could come in handy for some Spring decor. It could even replace that crazy easter grass in the basket. Not sure if it would be easier or harder to clean up though.

green coconut works for grass around easter cakes and such.
