Peppermint Cupcake Toppers
I wish I would have found these before Christmas, but they could be fun for Valentine's Day too (at least it is the right color scheme):

Oh wow, that is fabulous and beautiful! I've done something similar - well, not really. You can just put peppermint patties on warm but not hot cakes, and let them sit a minute. Than spread a bit. It will not make a solid layer like this its more frosting. But it is minty and delicious. This is much more rockstar!
