The combo pack has the Blu-Ray AND the DVD. It also has a free Digital Download, so you can watch it on your computer or Ipod.
And if you go to Walmart they have the Combo pack for $19.97.
Plus you can get a rebate when you buy the movie and another participating product...like Creamette or Kernel Seasons. There are a ton. Just Google Disney Up Rebate and you can find a ton.
There are even discounts for upgrading to the Blu-ray of Monsters Inc (which was just released) and Up. You can find out the details here.
