Gumdrop Wreath
I may not have eaten the candy corn wreath, but this wreath from Cheryl at A Pretty Cool Life would not be safe in my house:
You can see her tutorial HERE and see why it actually IS safe...she put a whole lot of glitter on it to keep people like me from wanting to eat it! And if you don't have the patience to make your own, she is selling them in her Etsy Store.
Ooh, I fell in love with that wreath last year. I bought little foam cones at my craft store and use toothpicks snapped in half to cover them in gumdrops. And yes, we ate them for snacks on New Years :) They looked so sweet- thanks for reminding me! (They were HEAVY though! I can't imagine how much a whole wreath would weigh :)
I agree Jennie! I am so much more likely to try something if I don't have to try and guess how someone did it! Thanks for passing it on! I think I can resist easting it...now if it were made out of bonbons... heehee
