S'mores Bars
makes about 2 dozen
What you need:
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flower
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 6 sheets)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 (1.5 ounce) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
1 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flower
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 6 sheets)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 (1.5 ounce) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars
1 1/2 cup marshmallow creme
What you do:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer at medium speed, until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat until combined.
In a small bowl, combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture, and beat until combined. Press half of dough in the pan, spreading evenly. Lay chocolate bars on top of dough, breaking apart as needed to create an even layer of chocolate. Spread marshmallow creme over chocolate bars.
Spread remaining dough over marshmallow creme and chocolate bars. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, depending on your oven temperature (I took mine out after 25 minutes).

Oh my goodness, I LOVE s'mores. And this recipe makes it so we can have them year round. Yum! Thanks for sharing. :)
Holly,
You need to check out the S'more Brownie recipe I have on here. These are good...but those are BETTER!!
I.Love.S'Mores. And I love Paula Deen. What better combo than a S'Mores recipe from Paula?!
I am all over these.
My mom made these for a quilt retreat. She didn't bring any left-overs. Luckily she's a good mom and made more and sent some home with me! They are delicious.
Thank you, Paula. This looks like the makings of MY kind of camping trip!
Yummy! These look awesome! I'm a big S'more fan...
