Pretty in Lace

Lindsay from Living with Lindsay made this gorgeous serving tray from an old cupboard door:

And it is almost too pretty to use as a serving tray! The idea itself is pretty smart, but what I love love LOVE is the design that is painted on the door and how she did it. After all the prepping and painting, she laid lace over the cupboard and lightly spray painted over it. She used lace as the template and it turned out beautifully!

I am trying to figure out all of the things I can make lacy...or is it lacey!
