She bought it at a craft store. I need it! I need to figure out how to make it! Any suggestions?
I left Lisa a comment asking her about a million questions about the plant stand. Hopefully she won't think I am a crazy person that asks too many questions and can give me the goods on her plant stand!!

This is why I love the internet! Paddison pointed me to the Garden Web forums at iVillage where they have all sorts of tips for making 'tipsy pots'. You basically use a piece of rebar and put a 20 inch pot on the bottom, filling it with potting soil. Then you thread the drainage holes of smaller pots through the rebar and tilt them to the side. Pretty easy! Thank you Paddison!!

Those are called "tipsy pots" and are fairly easy to make. They show up quite often on the "Garden Junk" forum (found here: http://forums2.gardenweb.com/forums/junk/ ) Use the search box and type in tipsy pots and a ton of entries should come up- most with pictures lots with how tos.
Paddison! Thank you so much for the info!!
Here is a great site that explains it very simply

I saw this idea in Birds and Blooms Magazine:

They are very easy to make and so cute! I have peopl stop and stare at mine all the time when they walk by my house. It seems like an optical illusion :) You can really use any size or type of container too. Smaller ones can be a challenge to water. I saw a picture of a tower made from antique tea kettles!
oooh I want one too!
I wonder if she used a dowel through the holes in the bottoms of the pots and just angled them differently. I'll have to check out the links in some of these comments and see. It looks like fun to make! Thanks for sharing!
Kimberly, She used rebar, but it is basically the same concept!
John Deere mom has the instructions for this on her site. She is on my blog roll.
