You soak floral foam in water and then cut it into an egg shape and then mold it with your hands. I also love the brussell sprouts! It would go well with the cabbage topiary. But my favorite are the tulips. And how easy would they be! Just secure them around a dowel stuck in Styrofoam!

Spring Topiaries
The Party Dress has a tutorial on how to make Spring Topiaries. And they have an Easter Egg:

So pretty! My sister, Aunt Lolo, had floral arrangements like the tulips (but with red roses) on the tables at her wedding reception. Such a pretty, easy, arrangement! I love the brussels sprouts, too.
