Don't be in love. We spent $25,695 on a tree house and it was delivered (additional $5,000 to ship from California) water damaged, shingles breaking off, door won't open and basically its not built to be outdoors says our contractor. Oh, and the landscaper said, "This isn't a redwood tree trunk" when our invoice clearly says DELUXE red wood tree trunk.
My kids are DEVASTATED. They won't fix it or refund our money. Well, actually they will fix it if I pay them another $5,000 to pay for their airfare, hotel and shipping out their tools....I'm not doing it.
