Crayon Hearts

image from Martha Stewart

These colorful hearts are made by melting crayons on wax paper with an iron and then cutting out hearts to hang in your window. They will catch the light almost like a stained glass window.

You can check out the details on Martha's site, but this is a wonderufl project to get rid of some of those broken crayons you have floating around your house.

OMG, I seriously have not done melting crayons in like 15 years!!! I remember I was babysitting and we did this and I didn't put the paper bag down and melted crayon ALL OVER their ironing board!!!!! Guess I've never tried them since! Lol!
