I think I want this 2 tiered cooling rack from Wilton, but I am not sure if it is practical. I mean do you really want them all stacked up like that?
Does anyone have these? Are they hard to unstack? Do they COME unstacked? I really want to love them, but I am not sure that I can. Any help in this department would be appreciated!

Hmmm ... I dunno. Looks like one misplaced elbow could send your whole baking project to the floor. Or maybe that's just me. Be careful!
Yes, I have the cooling rack! They do come apart and can be used individually. I don't have a lot of counter space so they work perfectly for me!
I have a couple from pampered chef that stack & I really like them, it takes up less room & is nice and steady :)
I have a set almost exactly like these! They are such a space saver! And to alieviate Cathy's fears, the "elbows" set down into the one below so they don't slip off. I've had mine for years and that's never happened. They really are very handy!
Ohhh I could SO use those...if they do stay stacked together well! :)
I have this and I LOVE it! It's sturdy and stores well (I just slide it in my slotted pan cupboard). You can cool all of your cookies in a smaller space using it.
I want one because I don't have a lot of room to let my cookies cool - I think if they come apart I would be thrilled to have it on my small but full counters...lol
Thanks for the comment on my blog. Yes, we are doing out kitchen...although I wish it was someone else's right now. The hardest part so far (it has only been 3 days) is not having a kitchen to cook in. I am already getting sick of restaurant food!
I have the Pampered Chef ones too, and love them and use them all the time.
I have some (they are not Wilton) the legs fold flat so that they store easily. I love mine.
oh yes, I have these and I LOVE them! I use them for cookies... they're perfect and save a lot of counter space. {I think I found mine at Target for like $10}
i have some of these - never used them stacked. it's a pain to me personally.
I have this, and I love it. It comes unstacked, so you can just use one if you want. But if you are short on counter space, you can just put the next tier on and put cookies on it, then put the next tier on and put cookies on it. I love it.
