These tinsel stars from Martha make a great addition to a bow, or even a substitute.

Spice up a basic wrap job with a sprig of holiday foliage like these leaves from Country Home Country Home.
Ditch the ribbon for some holiday twine and a few buttons. Have the kids make Christmas tree tags.

I found your blog on BSU and thought I would stop by.
Those are so cute ways to wrap up the gifts.

I am a big fan of using real ribbon to wrap. And I also like buying cheap ornaments to use as embellishments.
Oh! Ornaments are a great idea!!
All super cute ideas! I love to make my presents look gorgeous (sometimes it hides the fact that maybe it isn't the greatest present, LOL!)
I love the button idea! How cute! (I will avoid saying cute as a button, that would be way too obvious)
I've been browsing through your blog and I love all of your ideas. Take care
