Bakerella is writing a book (about her cake pops) and these Turkeys are her latest addition. You can see more on her blog, but basically you need cake pops, almond bark, caramel candy corns, coated espresso beans (for the heads), orange candy coated rainbow chips for the beaks, and hearts (for the wattle), and ABC pretzels from World Market (the Is are used for the feet, although I am sure regular pretzel sticks would work!)
