The Long Thread has the tutorial. All you need (besides the candle holder and black cardstock and decoupage) is a craft knife (and a measuring tape to get the dimensions right...but that is really option if you don't care if it is perfect!!)

(and if it is getting a little late for you to bust our your crafts for a Holiday that is only 3 days away, we can use the same idea for Fall/Thanksgiving using a brown/orange cardstock and a leaf pattern! Or for Winter using white cardstock and a snowflake pattern. Or for Christmas using red or green cardstock...you get the picture!)

THis is so clever! I love it. I see a craft knife finger cut (or two) in my future!
I love the look of luminaries. Especially outside along a path or road.
