I found this over at Better Homes and Gardens. (They have an entire section on Halloween Weddings) But this table cloth would be an eerie addition to any Halloween party.
They used cheesecloth, but I imagine that tulle would work just as well. Maybe not as eerie, but a fun ghostly effect. You could even layer some black and white tulle.

LOVE this! The entire tablescape is GORGEOUS!
Funny, last night I couldn't get to sleep because I am thinking of having a little appetizer party this weekend for just some fam and was thinking I would like to put a draping cloth over the table and gather it up in places, but I wasn't sure what to use. Tulle, huh? I'll go look it up now. That's certainly better than a bed sheet that I was picturing. :)
Very pretty and it looks so easy!
I like the little white pumpkins looks like they have dip in them.
What a great idea! I love it! What a fun tablescape for Halloween!
Fun! I used to drape our front stairs banister with black and orange tulle tied/anchored with orange raffia. It was very festive and made a nice welcome to Trick or Treaters in our foyer.
