So I found this idea on this blog (that got it from this blog). You paint a canvas and write things on it that make you happy. I probably won't ever get around to doing it (although it is cute) but I thought it would be fun to make a list of things that make me happy.
I might just have to do that later!

I have a journal that's just for things that make me happy and my blessings. It's always nice to read when I'm feeling down.
